Injectable carboxytherapy of the scalp is a minimally invasive procedure in which medical carbon dioxide (CO₂) is injected into the scalp dermis to stimulate blood circulation, oxygenation, and tissue regeneration.
Indications
- Hair with impaired blood supply and insufficient oxygenation
- Slow hair growth and increased hair loss
- Inflammatory processes and impaired scalp tissue regeneration
- Weakened or thinning scalp

Procedure
- Cleaning and disinfecting the scalp
- Marking treatment areas
- Injection of medical CO₂ into the dermis using a specialized carboxytherapy device
- Performed gradually according to clinical protocol to cover all affected areas
- 20–40 minutes per session
- Intensive course: 6–10 sessions, 1–2 per week
- Maintenance course: 1 session every 3–4 weeks
Contraindications
- Active infections on the scalp
- Severe bleeding disorders or strong anticoagulants
- Hypersensitivity to CO₂
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (per clinical protocol)
Recovery / Restrictions
- Mild redness, warmth, or slight tingling at the injection site for a few hours may occur
- Slight tenderness or sensitivity of the skin for 1–2 days
- Avoid massaging or rubbing the treated area during the first 24 hours
- Avoid sauna, steam bath, or hot baths during the first day
- Do not use aggressive cosmetic products on the treated area for the first 1–2 days
